German born Christa Päffgen but better known as Nico was a model, actress, singer-songwriter, Warhol-Superstar, singer in The Velvet Underground and and member of Warhol’s Factory along with her experimental films like Chelsea Girls launched her to super stardom in the sixties.

Her song These Days is my number one all time favorite song from her album Chelsea Girl.
